Need to cancel the previous membership service?
We use a new membership service now- you should be able to reclaim your account by clicking "sign in" and "request a new password." But if you'd like to cancel that old account, that's okay. You can cancel at any time.
You will still have access to members-only areas for the duration of the period you were last billed for.

They do, however, reserve the right to revoke membership for any reason they see fit.
